This year, the UG Magic Factory is organizing the 3rd Tuzla Film Festival of the South Slavic movies, that will offer a quality program for all the lovers of the movie arts on more locations in Tuzla.

Next to the South Slavic program, which will offer the visitors a chance to enjoy in : Feature films, documentaries , animated movies and short and amateur movies from the category of „Shoot with anything“, this year , we will also be showing 25 films from the internacional program.

-This is certainly, besides all else, a quality more compared to the first two festivals ,and we believe that in the coming years, this part of the festival will be developing even more. Forming of this program is a direct result of our promotion on more known world film festivals, after which we received a large amount of applications from interesting authors. Also, this year we will be having an international Jury in the category of feature films, said Boris Balta, the director of the festival.

Projections of the movies will be held on three different locations and those are : „Bosanski Kulturni Centar“ , „Narodno pozorište Tuzla“ & Cinema „Kaleidoskop“ ,in the five days of the festival, there will be shown over a 100 movies (feature films, -7, documentaries - 27, animated films – 16 , short films – 23 , international -25 and films from the category „Shoot with anything“.)

Preparations for the 3rd Tuzla Film Festival, this year will be realized by a team of 10 young people & numerous volunteers who with a smaller budget compared to the first two years prepare a wide array of interesting content.

Next to the film program, the festival program will also be made of themed workshops, which will be lead by Srđan Šarenac , an awarded film director,screenwriter and producer , and Nikola Kojo, a famous actor from the South Slavic area. Ofcourse, there will also be coffee's with the celebrities , on which we will be seeing alot of important regional names from the movie world, and numerous following contents that will make Tuzla from 10th to 14th Septembar a center of the movie world in this part of Europe.
